Clay County: 70 new listings in the latest 7 days vs 80 in the prior 7 (down 12.5%) and 41 closings vs 62 (down 33.9%). Over 30 days, new listings were down 13.9% (334 vs 388) and closings were down 13.2% (243 vs 280). The median sold price was $345,000 vs $349,945 (down 1.4%), with average days on market 69 vs 74. 1,202 homes are active today.
Duval County (Jacksonville): 330 new listings in the latest 7 days vs 356 in the prior 7 (down 7.3%) and 156 closings vs 192 (down 18.8%). Over 30 days, new listings were down 11.8% (1,409 vs 1,597) and closings were down 14.1% (977 vs 1,138). The median sold price was $320,000 vs $319,900 (unchanged), with average days on market 57 vs 57. 4,345 homes are active today.
Putnam County: 19 new listings in the latest 7 days vs 24 in the prior 7 (down 20.8%) and 14 closings vs 13 (up 7.7%). Over 30 days, new listings were up 0.9% (107 vs 106) and closings were down 7.0% (66 vs 71). The median sold price was $243,495 vs $235,000 (up 3.6%), with average days on market 109 vs 90. 447 homes are active today.

Mortgage rates eased a little. Freddie Mac's 30-year fixed average was 7.24% on Oct. 29, 2026, down from 7.32% the week before and up from 6.17% a year ago (Freddie Mac PMMS).
