Chris was raised in Seattle, Washington. He didn’t have money him to join the Marines so that he could use the GI Bill to pay for his education. Although those years of military service were the toughest of his life, he also calls them some of the best. He notes that the biggest skill he took from the Marines is that “it teaches you how to deal with people from all walks of life.”.
Chris accredits his REALTOR® neighbor, Roberto, for his exposure to real estate. “I didn’t know anything about real estate. I didn’t know anything about doing it as a job or anything. Meeting him totally changed everything.” My neighbor always had a smile and was friendly so I asked him what he did, and he told me real estate. So he decided to jump in. Andrew started his passion for all things real estate at the design level in 2007. First working for an engineering and design company he knew he wanted to work in the real estate business. When the market crashed he found his way to the Jacksonville, Fl market and started investing and flipping homes, after bad experiences with real estate agents he deciding to get his license in 2015. Since then he has put time and efforts to help people buy and sell homes all over Florida from Lake County up to North Florida. He learned that there were many more ways to help more clients than just real estate which is why We Buy Any House was born to add another level of service to all clients past and future and to help give clients options and the best service possible for their real estate needs. He enjoys an active life with his three young boys and his wife, Heidi who is a teacher in Clay County. He enjoys traveling when he can or playing golf more than once a year if possible.
